Großküchen, Kliniken, HoReCa) Sie verantworten die komplette Vertriebsstrategie: Marktanalyse, Zielkundenidentifikation, Netzwerkaufbau sowie aktive Neukundenakquise Sie übernehmen die operative Verkaufsarbeit im ersten Jahr selbst und schaffen eine stabile Umsatzbasis Nach erfolgreicher Etablierung bauen Sie schrittweise eine eigene Vertriebsorganisation auf und übernehmen die fachliche sowie strategische Leitung des deutschen Teams Sie repräsentieren das Unternehmen auf relevanten Fachmessen und Veranstaltungen in Deutschland sowie gelegentlich in Österreich und dem Baltikum Sie arbeiten eng mit den Gründern im Baltikum zusammen, steuern regelmäßige Online-Meetings und gestalten aktiv die Expansion des Unternehmens Fundierte Vertriebserfahrung im AFH-Umfeld, idealerweise im Bereich Hygiene-, Reinigungs- oder Verbrauchsprodukte Ein bestehendes Netzwerk zu Großverbrauchern (Facility Management, Krankenhäuser, Großküchen, HoReCa etc.)
